SEO Audit
SEO Audit: stay visible in Google.
Audit at a fixed price. We inspect the technical substance of your domain, your content strategy, and your visibility against competitors. Then the audit delivers a prioritized roadmap.
Scope
What does the SEO Audit cover?
The audit inspects the classical SEO substance of your domain across these areas:
- Tech-SEO. Crawl behaviour, indexing, Core Web Vitals, status codes, canonical tags, hreflang. Where does your domain lose visibility because Google understands it badly?
- Content audit. Which topics do you cover confidently, where are gaps? Where do two pages cannibalize each other? Which pages need an update?
- Schema markup coverage. FAQPage, Article, Organization, Service. Where is structured data missing that Google prefers for rich results and AI answers?
- Backlink profile. Quality and source diversity, conspicuous loss patterns, competitor link profiles for comparison.
- Keyword visibility. Where you rank, where you do not but should, which queries have low volume but high purchase intent.
- Competitive comparison. Three direct competitors, where you lose and where you win, which gaps can be closed fastest.
- Prioritized roadmap. Actions sorted by effort and impact. Not a wish list, but an executable sequence.
Fit
When does the SEO Audit fit?
The SEO Audit is not for everyone. It fits when:
- You have lost organic traffic and do not know why, or trends are deteriorating without an obvious cause.
- You want to grow but your SEO strategy does not yet have concrete priorities. The audit delivers the next 5 to 10 actions, ordered by impact.
- You are setting up a new SEO team or a new provider and need an independent baseline to anchor strategy on facts.
- You want an existing SEO agency reviewed before you renew or expand the contract.
What you receive
What you receive. The same in every engagement.
Written audit report
PDF or Notion workspace with detailed analysis, findings, and evidence per area.
Live discussion, 90 minutes
Live with your team. Findings, roadmap, questions. Recording included.
30 days of follow-up questions
After the live discussion the real questions arrive. Write to us, we answer.
Prioritized roadmap
Actions sorted by effort and impact. You know what to start with next week.
Scope
What determines the scope.
The shape follows your situation rather than a choice of sizes. Four quantities drive the effort. Tell us where you stand, and you receive an offer with a fixed scope and a fixed price.
How much gets examined
One domain or several, one language or several. That is the single biggest lever on the effort involved.
How many competitors sit alongside
One comparison gives you context, three show a pattern. Without a comparison, a finding is only a number.
How deep the content analysis goes
From a sample, through the pages that matter most, to concrete briefs for reworking them.
What should happen afterwards
The report alone, or support while you act on it. Either is fine; it simply changes the scope.
Process and terms
Four steps from conversation to handover.
The path to an offer is the same for every engagement. After the first conversation you know where you stand, and you have the price in writing before anything begins.
Requirements conversation
One session in which we walk through where you stand, your most pressing question, and the sensible shape. Free of charge and without obligation.
Offer with a fixed scope and a fixed price
You receive in writing what gets examined, what you hold at the end, and what it costs. One price, not a choice between sizes you cannot yet judge.
Delivery
Collection, analysis, and the report. If something surfaces that changes the shape, you hear it immediately and not at the end.
Live discussion and handover
Ninety minutes with you and your team, plus the written report in priority order. Followed by 30 days of questions.
Frequently asked
What you should know before requesting.
How does the SEO Audit differ from the GEO Audit?
The SEO Audit focuses on classical search engine visibility (Google, Bing). The GEO Audit focuses on AI system visibility (ChatGPT, Perplexity, Gemini, Google AI Overviews). Both share technical substance like Schema and crawlability but differ in analysis depth and recommendations. In practice we inspect both in every audit; the focus determines what stands in the foreground.
What is concretely in the Tech-SEO part?
We inspect the crawl paths of your domain (sitemaps, robots.txt, internal linking), the indexing signals (canonical tags, hreflang, noindex), Core Web Vitals (LCP, INP, CLS) on the most important pages, status codes and redirect chains, plus server configuration for performance and security. The result is a list of technical issues sorted by ranking impact.
How deep does the content audit go?
How many pages get inspected in detail is settled in the requirements conversation. The usual core is the hub and topic pages that matter most; where a content strategy across all topic areas with concrete briefs for revision and new pages. The depth follows the agreed scope; the methodology is always the same.
What happens after the SEO Audit?
You receive the written report and the recording of the 90-minute live discussion. You have 30 days to ask follow-up questions about the roadmap. Some clients implement the recommendations with their own team; others book a training via the minoka Academy to build up the team specifically; still others start an advisory retainer for ongoing strategic support.
Do I also need GEO?
Probably yes, in the medium term. Classical SEO remains important because Google is still the largest traffic channel. GEO complements it for the growing number of research paths that run through AI answers. The SEO Audit inspects both dimensions; the focus is on classical visibility. If your priority is AI visibility, choose the GEO Audit instead.
Request
Ready for your SEO Audit?
You see the scope, what drives it, and the fit above. We name the price after the requirements conversation, with a fixed scope. A request through the form is enough; the first conversation begins where many consultancies still end up in their sales phase.
