Version 1.3 · May 2026

Focus of this release: two new Tech-SEO tools for AI visibility, a substantially broader webhook starter-template library, three additional interface languages, and a new mechanism that informs you automatically when a major update lands.

New features

• AI Bot Checker inside Tech SEO: checks which of 32 known AI crawlers (GPTBot, ClaudeBot, Google-Extended, PerplexityBot and more) are allowed on your site via robots.txt.
• Robots.txt Validator inside Tech SEO: full RFC 9309 parser with line-by-line analysis, errors and warnings list, and interactive URL testing.
• Three webhook starter templates in the Webhooks area: “Basic Webhook Setup” for connection testing, “SEO Audit to Google Sheet” for 9 SEO fields per page, and “DataForSEO SERP to Notion” for keyword research. Each template ships with a paired n8n JSON workflow hosted on minoka.de.
• DataForSEO market expansion: 22 countries available (previously 10), now including Portugal, Belgium, Sweden, Poland, Ireland, Canada, Australia, India, Mexico, Argentina, Brazil and Japan.
• ZIP download for images: download whole image selections as a single ZIP archive.
• Three new interface languages: Brazilian Portuguese, Italian and Japanese. Eight languages total.
• Automatic changelog page on major updates: starting with this release, SEOMURAI opens this page in a new tab right after a major update so you can see what is new. Patch updates do not trigger the page.

Improvements

• CJK content analysis: text analysis, readability metrics and keyword detection now work reliably on Japanese, Chinese, Korean and Thai pages.
• Localized webhook template descriptions: the template cards in the webhook modal previously hard-coded their name and description in English. They are now fully translated in all eight interface languages.
• Footer translations completed: a handful of footer strings were untranslated in some locales.

Fixes

• CORS issues with image downloads from S3 and CDN sources have been resolved.
• Minor bugfixes around menu and permission logic.

Version 1.2 · April 2026

• DataForSEO integration (Beta): keyword research, SERP queries, domain data and backlink analysis directly inside the extension. Bring-Your-Own-Key model using your own DataForSEO credentials.
• Three new interface languages: Turkish, Spanish and French (five languages at the time).
• Rating and feedback surface added.
• Single-page-application fixes: issues with loading on SPA sites resolved.

The Chrome extension updates itself automatically through the Chrome Web Store. On major updates starting with version 1.3, SEOMURAI opens this page in a new tab once so you can see what is new. Patch updates do not trigger the page.
