Every engagement starts with an audit. What follows is your decision after the live discussion. Three stages we typically work through together:
Audit Diagnosis
4 to 6 weeks, fixed price, written report plus live discussion. You receive a prioritized roadmap that you can implement with any provider or your own team.
Knowledge Transfer to Your Team
Online module course or in-house workshop via the minoka Academy. Optional after the audit. Your team understands the methodology and can carry the roadmap forward independently, instead of staying dependent on external consulting.
Strategic Sparring
1 day per month as an advisory retainer. For audit clients who want an experienced sparring partner for ongoing implementation. Minimum term 6 months.

Training
Knowledge that your team carries itself.
The minoka Academy covers SEO, GEO, and AI literacy under Article 4 of the EU AI Act. Each training is bookable as an online module course for individual study or as an in-house workshop for your entire team. Content from practice, with exercises on your own domain.
Advisory Retainer
Strategic guidance. Monthly. At least six months.
After the audit the real work begins. The advisory retainer is the answer when you do not want a full-service provider, but someone who prioritises your roadmap, classifies new questions, and protects your team against blind spots.
Format
1 day per month (8 hours), split across two 90-minute strategy calls and 5 hours of asynchronous advice, reviews, and sparring.

How does an audit work in terms of timing?
An audit usually takes 4 to 6 weeks from kickoff to the live discussion. The first two weeks we spend on crawling, data collection, and competitor benchmarking. The next two weeks we analyse and write the report. The last week is reserved for the 90-minute live discussion with you and your team. After that, 30 days of follow-up questions are included.
What does GEO mean and why does minoka combine it with SEO?
GEO stands for Generative Engine Optimization, the visibility of your content in ChatGPT, Perplexity, Gemini, and Google AI Overviews. Classical SEO takes care of search engine rankings; GEO adds the question of how your brand and your content are cited in generative AI answers. Both disciplines share technical substance such as Schema, clean markup, and crawlability. GEO requires additional steps: Knowledge Graph visibility, Wikidata presence, AI bot access, and llms.txt. minoka inspects both in one audit because the recommendations reinforce each other.
Do I really need GEO already?
If your audience uses ChatGPT, Perplexity, or Google AI Overviews to research solutions, then yes. For many B2B sectors that is already the reality: decision-makers research providers in AI tools before they visit a website. Anyone who does not appear in those answers is invisible for a growing share of the research paths, regardless of classical Google rankings.
Is an initial conversation needed to book an audit?
No. You can request an audit package directly through the contact form. If the form makes it clear that the right package is not yet obvious, we arrange a 30-minute clarification call. The call is free and without sales pressure. The decision is not made in the call but when reading your request form.
What happens after the audit?
You receive the written report and the recording of the live discussion. You have 30 days to ask follow-up questions about the roadmap. Some clients implement the recommendations with their own team; others book a training via the minoka Academy to build up the team specifically; still others start an advisory retainer for ongoing strategic support. The audit is never a pretext for a follow-on booking, but a standalone product with clear value.
Does minoka also handle implementation?
No. minoka advises and enables. Content writing and technical implementation belong with your team. In the audit I recommend where effort and impact are best placed.
